Absa Activate is the worst

Absa Activate is the worst car insurance from the app to the staff. You guys don't even deserve a single star!!!! I reported an accident on 22 July 2024 & provided all the necessary details & documents till today I'm being told you are investigating. If I do not call to check the progress no one will get in touch with me. Your service is *******. I regret the day I joined you. You are quick to debit but fall short when it's time to help. I will be reporting you to the ombudsman and definitely exposing you on Facebook & twitter. I hope those that are looking for an insurance or were thinking of switching to you will think twice. Your service is bull****!!! With an insurance that has an app that has never worked a single day that should have been the biggest red flag to switch away.
