Absa activate is horrible. Stay away.

I cannot believe what Absa has done to me. Especially as some one who has been banking with them for over a 15 years and has two bonds with them.. When I got my activate car Insurance they linked the debit order to my bond. this somehow cause the debit order not to go through. I only found out when they sent me a letter that my insurance policy has lapsed. We had several communication where they explained this to me and they promised to remove the premium debit from my bond so it goes through. Indeed they resolved this and two debit orders went through on my check out. I was relieved that all was in order. Early this year I tested my panic button and received no response from absa. I sent few emails asking why they are quite still today I have not received response. I’m am really stressed as I suspect that absa might have cancelled my insurance without notifying me.
