Absa Activate is extremely ***********.

A broker recommended that I should open Absa Activate to insure my car. I indeed trusted Absa Activate however I am now starting to regret my decision and I want to cancel the insurance with immediate effect. Getting them over the phone is a nightmare and when sending an email the is no interaction they just send a reference number. I was told I will get cashback with Absa Activate that also hasn't happen. I am worried if something happens to my car how will I be able to get hold of them when it's already a struggle now?
