ABSA ACTIVATE IS A NIGHTMARE , WHY IS ABSA MANAGEMENT ALLOWING IT?????

ABSA Activate is horible, horible, horible, the phone is just ringing or they will put you on hold for 30minutes, I want to plea with ABSA Bank, we are your customer, please do not allow ********s to use you to get to us,ABSA Activate is not an insurance, i actually do not have word for who they are, i am waiting for refund on my account for nearly two weeks, the phone is just ringing or they will put you on hold and then they drop the phone, i even went to branch for assistance, but still no change, i am really frustrated to the core, i do not think there is a manager or supervisor in that department, I am addressing ABSA Management, please do not make use of people who sell you something that they are not, I need my refund back asap, I never consented to any deductions from my account.
