ABSA Activate is a circus

If I would give 0 stars I would. Firstly didn’t fix my premium. They deducted 3 months worth of premiums which bounced back. I am to just pay pro-rata and first month premium. The phone ring at a mortuary!! I spend almost an hour waiting for my call to be answered. They do not call you back. The app is always offline!! Then they responded with a vague response saying my account is inactive due non payment because the system made a mistake!! Why am I getting penalised for your mistake ?? Now I do not have insurance and the roads are very slippery. My emails are not getting answer. You guys should go audition for THE GREATEST SHOWMAN!!!
