Absa Activate is a bid ****

So I took a car insurance with Absa , I kept paying all the monthly premiums, one of my cars got into an accident, I submitted the claim , I followed all the channels for the claim , and after trying to call them for over 2 weeks , I finally get hold of them , they confirmed the claim is being processed it will take about 2 weeks , I disclosed to them that the car is fully paid , I however sold it to a rental company for cash loan , but I am still Paying such a company to buy it back , Absa comes back to me a week later telling me that because I don’t own the car they can’t pay the claim , and I asked them , so if the car is owned by the bank and it’s insured and it’s in an accident does that mean they won’t pay the claim ? Secondly I asked them is it ******* to insure a car you don’t own? Their answer was , I have no financial interest in that car , whatever that means

Stay in away from Absa car insurance, it is the biggest **** and my legal team will leave no stone unturned to deal with them
