Absa Activate Insurance - Unreachable Insurance

Absa Activate is the most unprofessional insurance I have ever seen. Took up your insurance online last week with inception date of the 15th as that’s when we thought I’d be able to get the vehicle. The vehicle arrived yesterday and when I tried to call insurance to change the date the phone keeps ringing until my airtime finishes. I sent countless emails but still no answer. This worries me because what will happen when I have a claim or an emergency if you can’t answer a simple call. I honestly wouldn’t recommend your Insurance, at this point I’m looking at other insurance providers.
