ABSA Activate Insurance – Quick to Deduct, But No Service When Needed

I have been trying to resolve an issue with ABSA Activate Insurance since 6 December 2024, yet despite sending seven emails and making multiple calls, I have received no response. My calls go unanswered, wasting my airtime, while my premiums continue to be deducted on time without fail.

When signing me up, the process was fast and efficient, but when I need assistance, ABSA Activate Insurance is completely unresponsive. My ID number was incorrectly captured, which means I cannot access my documents.

It is unacceptable that your team is actively responding to complaints on HelloPeter, yet fails to assist existing customers through the proper channels. This lack of service and accountability is shocking.

I demand immediate action to correct this serious error and provide me with access to my policy documents. If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will escalate my complaint further. I refuse to keep paying for a service that does not exist when needed.
