ABSA Activate Insurance does not respond to any claims

Absa activate not responding to claims. I sent an email a month ago reporting the damages that were caused by hail on my vehicle to Absa direct. They took forever to respond when they finally did they asked for pictures of the damages and that was the last time I heard from them. What is worse is that when you call them regardless of the time of the day or month they are never available to answer calls. Their lines are always experiencing high call volumes and they never reply to emails. To date am still waiting for a response on the claim I submitted to ABSA Activate for the damages.
