ABSA Activate Insurance

Do not take out ABSA Activate insurance policy. I have been trying for a week to cancel my policy with them. Daily phone calls & emails, no response from them !!!!! The phone gets answered & then your told your at the wrong department, if you're lucky they answer after 30-45 min & boom you get cut off immediately. What a disgrace ABSA. I want my policy cancelled.
