ABSA Activate I don't recommend at all

ABSA Activate is a horrible nightmare. Their lines go unanswered. I queried why my trips for a certain date do not show on my tracking app on e-mail. The matter is being investigated a month later no response. Queried how their rewards work because it states every 28 days but I have been with them for almost 7 months. Only got rewarded 2 months. Tracking? How do I know my vehicle is safe if you can't log all trips? I want my rates reviewed and moving to a different company
