Absa Activate does not care.

I called Absa activate requesting they cancel my car insurance end of October and they said that will be done

The letter I received after requesting to cancel clearly states cover will end 01/11/2024 but today on the 03/10/2024 I called in for roadside assistance and the agent couldn't find an active policy for me, I had to ask a stranger to help me with a jumpstart. By the time the agent got back to me to say they arranged for a tow truck to come assist it was too late.

The Absa activate app also says my policy is not active.

I've since activated my insurance with Naked immediately so that I'm not left exposed.

I then tried calling them and was on the phone for close to 40 minutes without answering 2 times and sent them an email rather on the 3rd of October 2024 and to this day I have not received feedback.

Please cancel my policy effective today because I don't want to pay for a service I didn't receive at the end of the month.
