ABSA Activate Courtesy Call

I received a courtesy call from ABSA Insurance Company (Activate by ABSA), and spoke to Sibongile Malinga. It was a call if didn't know I needed. She was very patience, kind and helpful. She reminded me of what I'm covered for, how the process of submitting a claim works, and also checked to see if my telematics device works, and when to expect the rewards. I had lots of questions and she answered them to my satisfaction.
