ABSA ACTIVATE CLIENT CARE IS USELESS

i have been a client off Absa Activate for just under a year and I must say the service SUX!!!!!!! if by any chance you need to contact them DONT try to phone them as the number would ring for ages with NO ONE picking up!!!! Then we get to the emailing they responded with an automated message and Ref. number that a CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT (joke off the millennium) will contact you back, SURPRIZE SURPRIZE IT NEVER HAPPENS. EVEN WHEN I WENT TO MU LOCAL BRANCH THEY TRIED GETTING HOLD OFF THEM (THEIR OWN DLOODY COMPANY) THEY HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT TRY AND CONTACT THEM HEAVEN FORBID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
