ABSA ACTIVATE CLAIMS SUCKS

Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic guys this peoples employees are very *********** they will make you speak to different people when claiming telling you they will call you but nothing happens till this day my claim has not been handled i have been calling every single day trying to speak to Titus Ramaboea who was assigned to my claim nothing is being done they wanted information i gave them accident report and 3rd party details till this day my vehicle is not being fixed or claim being attended to its really disappointing to know that we paying premiums but we get **** service when claiming I recommend all of you guys with or thinking of joining ABSA Activate to stay far away what a waste I am not even sure claim will be handled maybe in 2 years something might come up.
