Absa Activate car insurance cancelation

About two weeks ago I opened an Activate car insurance for the two vehicles. Upon receipt of of the policy documents, I realized that one vehicle was quoted higher than what we agreed on telephonically. Since then I've been trying to get hold of the customer center to address the issue with no luck. I don't think the response turn around for absa is what I expected and just wondering what will happen when I claim..i want to cancel this policy with immediate effect before first debit order goes off.
