Absa Activate car insurance is a ****. I have been trying to contact them via their advertised email and phone number. I haven't received any feedback from them since taking my policy in December 2023. You will not be able to speak to a consultant as well as you sit in a call waiting for a very long time. I have been trying for months to contact this company. What will happen in an emergency situation? I saw reviews on social media and so many other clients are experiencing the same service or should I say no service. How does one get a hold of them. I want to cancel my policy with them. They cannot be trusted.
