Absa Activate - can’t reach them, unreliable!

They quoted me well on my car insurance, however they are unreliable as you cannot reach them when you call or email. I needed clarity on something I did not understand but they don’t pick their phones. I ended up deciding to cancel the policy so I sent an email for cancellation and the reply said a consultant will call me. A week later, I sent the email again and I got the same reply but no one has called me about the cancellation. Instead I’m getting calls from a different department for fitment booking for a policy i’m no longer interested in. So the reviews here are true, this business has an unreliable customer centre
