ABSA ACTIVATE CANCELLATION

I have been struggling for almost a month to get my ABSA Activate insurance on my car CANCELLED but the emails send never gets answered and to phone them is even worse as they always have the message experiencing High call volumes even if you phone on opening.

This is costing me money!!
