Absa Activate

Absa Activate is so bad I spent R200 Airtime calling them for hours no one is picking up, my telematic is not working, the App is not working and no one is willing to pick up a simple phone call, it's a 2 weeks now I've been trying to get hold of this company, I've sent emails but no response.. Tell me why am I paying if no service will be rendered...
