Absa activate are ******

I had absa activate insurance cover for years and they stole my vehicle then I lodged a claim for my car. They declined my claim with stupid excuses. After that I asked myself if is my funeral cover don’t pay after I re**** on them. Luckily I saw their through colours while I am still alive. All in all I advise people to play very far from this bank because they are not honest. Finalisation of the claim. They promised to return all my premiums for my car, my premiums are around 16k but when they pay, they only pay 11k. When I call they take me to pillar to post. I hold for them to check what happened then they promised to call back after they checked but no one is calling back.I spoke to about 5 people who promised to call back but dololo. They supposed to return my premiums with interest because they made money from my money. I don’t think I will allow anyone in my family or friends to be in this ****** bank. People who read this, please be careful of this bank.
