ABSA Activate

My ABSA activate app shows a R0 rewards, its been like this since end August 2024. I have tried countless times to call ***, and no one seems to answer. I have sent several e-mails and i do not get any response.

The app itself is an issue, sometimes it wont show my policy and most of the times it wont show my trip summary.

I have been with ABSA Activate from July 2023 and it was working fine till August 2024 when my policy was cancelled by them saying i have not honored my premium. The policy was reactivated again after i had told them i had sent them an e-mail with the change of banking details to AVAF and ABSA Activate. With AVAF they changed the banking details within a day and they were able to deduct from new bank account within the same month but with ABSA Activate that did not happen and that was very strange. My policy was that reactivated after countless hours of waiting on a call and countless e-mails but than my rewards on the Activate App were showing R0 and has since been liken that since that August 2024.
