Absa Activate

I changed my car and household insurance to absa activate earlier this year. Was supposed to get a reward pay out end of june and end of july...but all that happened was the date on the app was moved to the next month and the value changed...no money was paid out to me.

Ive been a absa client since you guys were still Volkskas bank but this is shaking my trust in absa as a whole...if you cant even pay out a reward...what will happen if I submit a claim in the future?
