ABSA

My experience with ABSA Activate insurance is ending up being a nightmare. To get someone to give me a referance number to install my telematics is impossible. Since January, my insurance lapsed. They rectified the situation which I was very greatful for. However.....I got debited on the 1st of the month, where as I have tried numerous times to get them to get my telematic ref. number so I can get it installed. AS BY THE WAY, THEY WILL NOT COVER YOU FOR ANY ACCIDENTS IF THIS IS NOT INSTALLED,which is fair game! My policy is incorrect, I have been trying to get in touch to no avail. I should be covered for Home and building which apparently Im not. Imagine if I do get to have my telematics eventually installed and I have an accident, What am I going to go through, God forbids this happens. WILL I Be COVERED OR NOT? AM I GOING TO HAVE THE SAME OR EVEN WORSE OUTCOME? PLEASE ADVISE KATYUSHA KOVACS ***
