I’m writing to express my frustration with the poor service and lack of support I’ve received from your company over the past three months.

I’ve asked several times for legal assistance regarding my matter, but I still haven’t received proper help or feedback. Also, on Tuesday I requested a towing truck, and no one responded or assisted me.

The poor communication and lack of support have been very frustrating and stressful. As a paying client, I expected quicker assistance and better service from my insurance provider
