A special thanks to Malani Govender from the Clients Services department at Absa idirect for the friendly and very helpful service I received when adding a car to my insurance policy. When buying a car you get so overwhelmed by people and companies desperately trying to sell you things, that it was such a pleasure when I spoke to Malani who really sounded like she was just trying to get me the best possible cover options to suit my specific needs. She explained everything to me, and did it so well that I really haven't had any questions. Got my confirmation letter immediately, and my policy was amended instantly.
