A Customer beyond re-approach
What a great service received from Lerato at Absa Idirect Retentions Team, after spending soo much time waiting to speak to someone and I am glad I spoke to Lerato who provided an exceptional customer service. She understood what I wanted to do without issues, she listened to my request and provided a resolution with dedication and patience. Its people like Lerato that makes one to change the perception about customer service. Thank you for the wonderful service received from Lerato.
