Do yourself a favour, if you ever have a queries absa related (specifically car insurance) please ask for Charity Mkansi, she is an expert in client services! She made a tedious process so easy an comfortable that I even forgot that I was making an insurance! I wish every customer care service agent had just 5% of her attitude, life would be a lot easier. What a wonderful experience.
