I phoned ABSA I direct on 11 March 2020 to get a quote for my new vehicle and was assisted by Popela Matosa. The service I got was so quick, effective and Popela was so friendly. When it got to the final quote I was not completely happy with the number and Popela went out of his way to get me the best quote possible. He then did a conference call with Mercedes Benz while I was on the line and provided them all the proof they needed. Popela gave me excellent service, I had a smile on my face the entire time. Getting new insurance is stressful, but with such professional, yet friendly efficient service from such a knowledgeable man the entire experience was a pleasure. Thanks Popela, you defined excellent customer service for me!
