5 Months waiting for claim

A tree fell on our lapa and destroyed everything on 10 February.

The bank has still not approved a company to rebuild the walls, redo the electrical, fix the plumbing and electrical fence.

Surely we are in our rights to be frustrated and disappointed after waiting patiently for close to 5 months. We had to fix the boundry wall ourselves as this was a security risk.
