3RD party claim

I had an accident on the 9th March 2025 where an absa insured vehicle caused the accident I have tried every email listed - all come back as DELIVERY INCOMPLETE or FAILURE

I have called absa several times They take forever to accept your call finally on friday ( 11 April 2025 ) after a dozen + attempts i got hold of a lady by the name of TONI who gave a me an email. the email toni has given me also came back as incomplete

My vehicle now parked off for over a month
