**** 35% car insurance discount

Yall better cancel my insurance policy before it even starts. Your consultant got me to sign up for a car insurance policy with a 35% discount and now that discount is nowhere to be found. I even called to verify with your call center and that discount is not there. If my policy is not canceled I will be taking legal action against you as your calls are recorded, you will have to account for what your consultant promised me when I signed up. And yes, I requested cancelation but I can never get through to your cancelation department. Do not play games with me
