my Claim number is ***, our electricity went on and off last week and resulted to my tv booting slow then ended not switching on at , i reported this my to insurance and my insurance used this Company PTSS to evaluate my tv they came with a report as follow "LED back lights are faulty due ti wear and tear"

then insurance doesn't want to pay

I need help in getting this resolved because my tv was working fine before this on and off of electricity

the company was used for inspection i doubt they did a proper inspection and report correctly
