My sister took out vehicle insurance with Absa and decided to cancel because she got a cheaper one she went to Vangate branch where she waited for more than an hour and decided to call the Broker and they canceled the insurance but to her surprise Absa went ahead and debit the premium from her Account and now when she calls their customer care line they keep on transferring her from one useless rude consultant to another
