2 months of lies

We got into an accident on the 1 march it's been 2months and still no chain approval The phone keeps on ringing they consultants keep referring to different agents n most are not available. When we asked about update on the claim we discover that there are some missing document. WHAT WERE THEY WAITING FOR??? There is no communication or updated about your claims The assessor told us our car has been taken to be fixed but after not receiving any communication we found out 2 weeks later that our car is still sitting at SMD It's been almost a week and we were told our claim is still waiting for approval from management This insurance is so unprofessional and they are very ***********
