12 years of loyalty means nothing!

I have been with absa idirect insurance almost 12 years. I asked for a review of my premium and they claim to be unable to better my premium. I have not claimed once nor have I missed a premium. For me it's ridiculous thinking of moving over elsewhere. Clearly loyalty means nothing.
