My vehicle was ****** on the 15th January 2020. Schalk Hopkins was assigned as the assessor. Schalk immediately phoned me and explained the process to follow in detail. He also kept me updated on a regular basis. Schalk is one of the most professional people I have dealt with in a long time. Also, the ladies working on the ABSA IDIRECT help/support desk are fabulous to interact with. A solid 10 /10 rating for Schalk and his colleagues
