1 Star is too much!!!

Absa Building Insurance Wow what horrible service!!!!! I submitted a claim on the app on day 1. On day 2 I ring the call center and they tell me the claim is not showing on their system even though I had a claim number from the app. On day 2 I email the requested docs to the claims department. On day 5 I call them as I have received no response, I was told the matter would be resolved within 2 business days. It is now day 10 without any response. This is very very *** service and I will be switching to another insurer.
