Idhex Repairs - no follow up service after being paid

Alex came to repair our aircon, which was leaking indoors. He was there very promptly, did a service and replaced a part, invoiced and was paid at the same time.

An hour after he left it started leaking again. I messaged him to advise such, said he would be there at 4pm. Didn't pitch. I sent him a video of the leaking aircon, he said he'd be there the next day. Didn't pitch.

I have followed up multiple times but apparently 3 month warranty means nothing after you've paid.

Do not use this company/Alex if you wish to have any follow up service.
