Save The Date

I asked for a quotation on save the date magnets for our wedding, and before they do any work you have to pay a deposit which i understand. I made the payment but i wasn't aware that my friend in Cape town was also busy doings this for us as a wedding gift so i never went ahead with printing.They have a no refund policy and refuse to answer my emails when i ask them if they can do something else for me as i am in credit now.
