Very bad servcie from Identitynumber.org

I urgently needed to have access to a death certificate for the registration of a sold property. I created an account in Identitynumber.org and paid my R350 rand to have my account activated for Gold which i need to access the information i required. 4 days later and my account has still not been activated. i have emailed them 2 and done an online Contact Us but without any response. they have taken my money but not provided the services - Shocking service - stay away
