Worst service

My fiance bought me a dress as a present at Identity Springs Mall yesterday, bless his heart but it is too small. I went there today, with the dress, the slip and his card to exchange for a bigger size but i was flabbergasted when they said i am not allowed to exchange it. Same for same..i dont want to buy on his account only exchange the dress but nòoooo,he must write me a letter to allow me to do that, heu so i drive 20km out of my way for nothing🤬 what middle ages are we living in that i have to get permission to exchange my dress....ridiculous, in future i want nothing from that store , they can keep their stupid dress, im sitting with a small dress bec ....he msut now take time off from work.to.do it himself...it is so idiotic it is laughable
