worst account to have!
I have an identity account which is currently in arrears. An email was sent on the 28/04/16 advising that I am going through some financial difficulty therefore cannot pay the instalments but I arranged to pay R100.00 on monthly basis. I am still being inundated with irritating phone calls during my working hours and late at night. It is becoming quite frustrating to repeat the same thing over and over to the consultants. The phonecalls need to stop. This is harassment. I have already explained myself to numerous people and surely they would have noted on their system.

I have other accounts but they do not phone me 20 times a day. My account will be brought up to date and it will be closed because I will not accept anymore har***ment from your consultants.
