WHAT A BIG ****

I opened an account with them ,and on my way home I was reading through the agreement Nd I see next to would you like to receive calls if any sales and promotions ,there were 3 boxes , which was ticked , however I did not give that lady any consent ,better yet ,it wasn't even mentioned ,and I am not silly enough to give your.ll permission to sell my personal information to call centres ...bwt 3 days later I went in to change it and have that reversed,the lady called the head office and they informed her that it cannot be reversed ,so the fact that Identity never ask me anything regarding those 3 boxes,Nd da fact that I can't reverse something that was nt mentioned MAKES IT A 110% ****...so I took down there head office number ,but failed to call them has I was busy, inda next two weeks I received a SMS stating I must in arrears with FNB for R1214 ,Im nt even bank with them ,I don't even have a credit score so how did a 3rd party bank approve a loan, thereafter I get an email from computer credit saying I owe them money ,I never even hear about them ,and I'm not speculating Identity had any involvement,IM DIRECTLY QUOTING THAT IDENTITY HAD AN INVOLVEMENT WITH REGARDS TO THESE MYSTERIES , identity send me an SMS with my account info and FNB 2 days after and these messages was sent from a computer which as 14 digits ,both identity and FNB have the first 7 digits identical , which is no co incidence ,that's the reason why I went back initially to have something not asked be removed from my name cz I knew trouble was approaching ,and it makes perfect sense cause look at Edcon is being closed, however identity you can just go with your i.d book and get an account during this pandemic ,u don't need bank statement , payslip they dnt even d confirmation of employment , so much risks Identity takes, it didn't make sense to me at first,but now I've realised that they making way more by selling my information ,they are disgusting please DO NOT GO DR STAY AWAY ,I nli opened an account with them to build my name,stay away ,cause it's cheap u don't need credit , and do note that I am taking this up to the Ombudsman...
