Wants to ruin my name

My name is Mahlaku Masha. My number is ***. I closed the account I had with them in may and I also requested a paid up letter which they sent me. All of a sudden from December I have been receiving emails that I owe them. I have been sending them the paid up letter to show that I have paid the account and closed it. But they continue to send messages that I owe them.
