Very upset client

I urge you people to never shop at this Store. I received the worst service in all my years of shopping. From the Manager of the store whom was supposed to help client support, this was disappointment to the fullest. We purchased from supported this store for years, and upon returning an item for incorrect size and we wa suprised to be paying more for the item, Asking the manager to assist us she gives us attitude and refused to give us her name to contact head office and lodge a complaint. She embarrassed us by calling security to remove us from the store. This is unacceptable if this is the way customers are treated whom supports them and pay thier salaries. Witout us where will they have jobs. I demand that, an area Manager CONTACT ME AND MEET ME AT THIS STORE. I will not leave this isue here and will slate this store on every platform. .
