Very late at sending payments to creditberues

3 stars because the clothes is very nice. Lacking in 2 stars reason being you guys sent me my bill today. I went and paid it.

Pulled a creditreport its showing that i am owing a lot more than what im owing.

Guys how can you send me my january bill but you havent even updated the amount im owing from november?

Please can you send my true balance to the creditberues.

It hasnt been updated in 2 months.

This affects my creditscore please.
