Very bad attitude/poor service by the consultant named Mpho

Bad service/attitude from Mpho I received a call from Identity from the lady Mpho, yes i understand they doing their job, but they don`t have to be rude about it, yes i owe and i told the person who called yesterday***6 that i will pay before the 15/02 and she kept on saying i should pay today. then Mpho today thinks she`s smarter than anyone else, she calls me with her attitude and shouting. I`m so very disappointed with the service at Identity call centre
