Updating my name on credit bureau

I was having a clothing account with Identity and i was not paying the account on time , then my account it was handed over to their legal collections department. So i was paying it via legal collection department. So my account now is paid up in full and is settled and i also have a paid up letter from legal collection department to show that my account is paid up. And i did the last payment on July this year. So my problem is that when i log into clear score app this identity account is still active and is saying im owing. So im asking Identity team can you please kindly remove my name from a relevent credit bureau's
