Updated Statement
Hi,<br> <br> My account was handed over to ARA sometime last year. l am now in a position to pay it off.<br> l have contacted ARA a few times asking for the latest balance and statement, l requested that it be emailed to me and left my email address a few times. Noone has ever gotten back to me. These people havent been of any help at all. l just want to pay off my account. l asked them if l should still pay directly to identity like l used to and one lady said yes but when the manager came she said l should pay them. l explained to her that l had paid directly to identity before and would prefer continuing that way. She hung up<br> l just made a payment of R1000 to my account via eft, please let me know if its reflecting yet and what l still owe so l can settle it.
